I'm Sophie,

a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher and currently in training for my advanced certificate. My classes are inspired by a variety of teachers and movement practices, including Hatha Yoga, Somatics and Functional Movement. They include a mix of strength building, playfulness, stretching, balancing and meditation, designed in a way that is accessible for a diversity of bodies and energy levels.
My classes are suitable for beginners. Upon request, I can offer 6-week online beginners’ courses should you prefer to learn from the comfort of your own home, with friends or family, first. 


Wellness Wellbeing Yoga

A gentle class, slowly moving the body, calming the nervous system, aiming to leave you feeling more relaxed, a little tingly and perhaps a little lighter. Suitable for complete beginners.

Let it all go, the working week is done. Treat yourself to a class that aims to get you out of your head and into your body. Wriggle and wring out tension, relieve your eyes of the screen, and release your body from desk sitting or all that running around.  Suitable for complete beginners.

I love to share my experiences with others, be that one-to-one, in classes or as workshops. Hire me for private tuition or for your staff, friends or community group. I offer concessions where needed.
